研究犬乳腺恶性肿瘤p53基因在体内的表达,探讨其与犬乳腺肿瘤恶性程度的相关性。根据GenBank中犬p53基因序列以及文献报道的高度保守区域,设计1对引物,同时以GAPDH基因序列作为内参,将临床采集的犬乳腺肿瘤组织进行p53基因PCR检测,分析p53基因的表达量变化趋势。结果表明,良性肿瘤组织p53基因的表达量极小;恶性肿瘤组织中的表达量随着其恶化程度明显增高。由此可推断,检测p53基因的表达量可作为诊断犬乳腺肿瘤、判断肿瘤恶化程度及预后的一个重要指标。
To study the expression of p53 gene in canine mammary gland tumor and its correlation with malignant degree of canine mammary tumor. According to the p53 gene sequence in GenBank and the highly conserved regions reported in the literature, a pair of primers was designed. Meanwhile, the GAPDH gene sequence was used as an internal control to detect the p53 gene expression in the clinically collected canine mammary tumor tissues. . The results showed that the expression of p53 gene in benign tumor tissues was extremely small. The expression of p53 gene in malignant tumors was significantly increased with the progression of malignant tumors. It can be concluded that the detection of p53 gene expression can be used as a diagnosis of canine mammary tumors, to determine the degree of tumor progression and prognosis of an important indicator.
