一、小学英语教学概况我州是一个地处偏僻、经济文化相对落后的少数民族地区,基础教育水平的发展更处在全省的末端,但在小学英语的开设方面,我州并未落后。永靖县部分小学早在上个世纪九十年代初就已开设英语,和政县数所城镇小学于1998年起开设英语。1999年,根据国家教育部和省教育厅的要求,全州7个县的50所小学开设英语。经过几年的努力,全州绝大部分城镇小学和乡中心小学均已开设英语,开设总数达600所,约占全州小学总数的二分之一。 First, primary school English teaching overview I state is located in a remote, relatively backward economic and cultural minority areas, the development of basic education at the end of the province even more, but in the opening of primary school English, my state is not behind.
