本文研究了在LD_(2)合金锻件中形成大晶粒的工艺因素及形成大晶粒的机理。结果表明:只有变形温度和变形度在某种配合范围内才产生大晶粒,高温锻造或锻后附加冷变形可避免产生大晶粒。在锻造纤维组织的基础上,当加热至500℃时,亚晶界隐没,亚晶合并形成大晶粒的核心,大晶粒的核心进行择优长大,吞并周围的纤维组织,长大成沿为纤维方向伸长的再结晶大晶粒组织。大晶粒组织的形成是以不均匀生核和择优长大的形式完成的。
In this paper, the formation of large grains in the LD_ (2) alloy forging process and the formation of large grains mechanism. The results show that only the deformation temperature and deformation degree produce a large grain within a certain range of cooperation, and the additional cold deformation after forging or forging at high temperature can avoid the generation of large grains. On the basis of the forged fiber structure, when heated to 500 ℃, the subgrain boundaries are subsided and the subgrains merge to form the core of large grains.
