档案行业搭上了信息化时代这趟快车,相较于以往的纸质档案形式,电子化使档案的管理、查阅、共享、使用效率都发生了质的变化。然而,档案行业的快速发展也催生出信息安全、软硬件滞后、新形势下电子化档案标准缺失等问题。该文对档案信息化建设存在的诸多问题进行了探讨,从优化电子化管理系统、设立档案电子化标准规范、培养档案电子化人才队伍、构建档案电子化安全体系四个方面提出了改进建议。 Archives industry to catch up with the information era of this express train, compared to the previous paper archives, electronic records management, access, sharing, the use of efficiency have undergone a qualitative change. However, the rapid development of the file industry has also led to information security, hardware and software lag, the lack of electronic file standard under the new situation and other issues. This paper discusses many problems existing in the construction of archives informationization, and puts forward suggestions for improvement from four aspects: optimizing the electronic management system, setting up electronic standardization of archives, cultivating archives electronic personnel, and constructing archives electronic security system.
