为解决矿用甲烷便携仪充电触点易氧化、松动,及其人工标校浪费大量人工投入的问题,提出将电磁耦合技术及智能标校技术应用于矿用甲烷便携仪,探索了电磁感应电磁耦合效率与线圈大小、形状、充电距离间的关系,得出电磁耦合的高效化方法,并通过试验验证能量传输效率可达70%左右;探索一种基于红外通信的智能标校方案,实现对便携仪的智能标校,具有延长矿用甲烷便携仪电池使用寿命,为矿井节省大量人工标校投入的巨大优势。
