目的观察百令胶囊辅助治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的疗效,研究其对糖脂代谢和肝肾功能的影响。方法将90例PCOS患者采用随机数字表法随机分为研究组(50例)和对照组(40例)。研究组采用达英-35联合百令胶囊,对照组单用达英-35,观察并比较两组治疗3个月前后空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、空腹胰岛素[fasting insulin,INS(OH)]、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoproteincholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI(apolipoprotein AI,Apo AI)、载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B,Apo B)、脂蛋白a[lipoprotein a,Lp(a)]、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、r-谷氨酰转移酶(gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase,GGT)、血肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)等一系列代谢指标的变化。结果 1治疗后两组TC均升高(P<0.05),HDL-C轻度升高(P>0.05);研究组TG浓度较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗前后LDL-C差异无统计学意义,对照组显著下降(P<0.05);治疗后两组Apo AI、Apo B均升高,Lp(a)降低(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2研究组FPG、胰岛素抵抗较前降低(P<0.05),空腹胰岛素轻度降低(P>0.05);研究组上述指标均较对照组低(P<0.05)。3与治疗前相比,研究组Cr和BUN差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),UA降低(P<0.05),对照组上述指标治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组UA较对照组明显降低,其余指标组间比较差异无统计学意义。4肝功能指标在组内和组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论达英-35联合百令胶囊治疗PCOS患者能够改善糖代谢和胰岛素抵抗,对脂代谢有良好作用,保护肾功能,且对肝功能无不良影响。因此,百令胶囊能够作为治疗PCOS的辅助用药。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Bailing capsule on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and to study its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism and liver and kidney function. Methods 90 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into study group (50 cases) and control group (40 cases) using random number table. The study group was treated with Dayang-35 combined with Bailing capsule and the control group with only Ying-35. The levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (INS (OH) ), Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C, apolipoprotein AI (Apo AI), apolipoprotein B (Apo B), lipoprotein a (Lp (a)], alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , Uric acid (uric acid, UA) and a series of metabolic changes. Results After treatment, TC in both groups increased (P <0.05) and slightly increased in HDL-C (P> 0.05). The concentration of TG in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, both Apo AI and Apo B increased, Lp (a) decreased (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference between two groups > 0.05). 2In the study group, insulin resistance was lower (P <0.05) and fasting insulin was slightly lower (P> 0.05). The above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in Cr and BUN between the two groups (P> 0.05) and UA (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05) The UA in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the other groups. 4 liver function indicators in the group and between groups was no significant difference. Conclusion Da-Ying-35 combined with Bailing capsule can improve glucose metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with PCOS, have a good effect on lipid metabolism, protect renal function, and have no adverse effect on liver function. Therefore, Bailing capsule can be used as adjuvant treatment of PCOS.
