制备了含纳米银粉的二相流体润滑剂 ,利用球 棒式接触疲劳试验机研究了纳米银粉对GCr15钢球和钢棒的接触疲劳性能的影响 ,并借助于扫描电子显微镜分析了钢球接触表面的疲劳点蚀形貌。结果表明 :与基础油 (10 # 机械油 )相比 ,含 1%纳米银粉的润滑剂可使GCr15钢球的接触疲劳寿命L10 提高 3 5 4倍。其主要原因在于纳米银粉吸附于接触表面形成低剪切膜 ,降低了摩擦系数 ,减小了接触表面的切向应力 ,延缓了疲劳裂纹扩展速度
A two-phase fluid lubricant containing silver nano-powder was prepared. The effect of nano silver powder on the contact fatigue properties of GCr15 steel ball and steel bar was studied by using a bat-in-contact fatigue tester. The contact surface of steel ball with the help of scanning electron microscope Fatigue pitting morphology. The results show that the lubricant containing 1% nano-silver powder can increase the contact fatigue life L10 of GCr15 steel balls by 354 times compared with the base oil (10 # mechanical oil). The main reason is that nano-silver powder adsorbed on the contact surface to form a low-shear film, reducing the friction coefficient, reducing the tangential stress on the contact surface and slowing the fatigue crack growth rate
