工程保证金现状随着工程建设市场的快速发展,保证金制度得到普遍应用,而且渗透到建设过程的若干环节,种类繁多。根据不完全统计,目前施工企业缴纳的工程保证金主要类型见表1。施工企业缴纳各类保证金,投入总量大,回收周期长,沉淀资金过多,严重影响企业整体资金运作。以浙江省长城建设集团有限公司(以下简称浙江长城)为例,2013年新签合同额89亿元,施工项目156个,完成产值82.3亿元,实现营业收入70.1亿元。

(hereinafter referred to as Zhejiang Great Wall) as an example, in 2013 the newly signed contract value was 8.9 billion yuan and 156 construction projects were completed, with the output value of 8.23 billion yuan and the operating income of 7.01 billion yuan.
