The focusing characteristics of the electron energy analyzer of angle-resolved ultraviolet (UV) spectrometer were measured and analyzed. The correction factor of the optical signal during oblique incidence was analyzed and calculated. The results show that the probability of photoelectrons deviating from the angle β of the focusing center of the analyzer to be received by the analyzer is the Gaussian function exp (- β2 / β0 2), and β0 = 3.5 °.
