我科于1986年8月13日收治一例因狂犬疫苗接种而致的重型格林—巴利综合征。现报告如下: 1 病例介绍 患者,男,41岁,医生。于1986年7月12日去患者家中治病,被狗咬伤手指(仅皮肤擦伤)。为预防狂犬病的发生而连续使用狂犬疫苗接种,自7月12日为第一次,以后每周注射一次,先后共注射四次。于8月12日始感全身不适,双上肢肩臂疼痛,伴有吞咽困难。曾在当地医院用激素、抗生素治疗两天,病情无缓解故于1986年8月13日转送我院,以格林—巴利综合征收入神经内科治疗。
On August 13, 1986, our department admitted a case of heavy Guillain-Barre syndrome due to rabies vaccination. Report is as follows now: 1 case introduction patient, male, 41 years old, doctor. On July 12, 1986 to the patient’s home treatment, was bitten by dog fingers (skin abrasions only). Rabies vaccination is being used continuously to prevent the occurrence of rabies. It is the first time since July 12, once a week after injection and has been injected four times in total. I was feeling unwell on August 12 and had pain in the upper extremity arm and arm accompanied by swallowing difficulties. Had in the local hospital with hormones, antibiotics for two days, the disease was not alleviated it was transferred to our hospital on August 13, 1986, with neurological treatment of Guillain-Barre syndrome income.
