从知识经济时代的人才观入手 ,阐述了二十一世纪高校体育教师应该具备的六大素质 ,并以此为依据剖析了目前我国高校体育教师队伍中存在的种种问题 ,提出了构建高素质的现代化体育教师队伍的设想。
