李毅简介中山西大同人,1945年3月生,1966年7月北京石油学院炼油工程专业毕业,1967年7月参加工作,教授级高级工程师,另任技术员、车间主任、副总工程师、厂长。1984年12月至1987年7月,任中国石油化工总公司齐鲁石化公司经理、党委常委、中共淄博市委常委;1987年7月至1992年2月,任中国石油化工总公司副总经理;1992年2月至12月,任中国石油化工总公司常务副总经理;1992年12月至1997年8月,任中国石油化工总公司常务副总经理、党组副书记;1997年8月至1998年8月,任中国东联石化集团有限责任公司董事长、总经理、党组书记,兼任仪征化纤股份有限公司董事长;1998年4月至2003年3月,任中国石油化工集团公司总经理、党组书记,2000年2月至2003年3月,兼任中国石化股份有限公司董事长;2003年3月至2005年2月,任国务院国有资产监督管理委员会党委书记、副主任;2005年2月起,任国家安全生产监督管理总局局长、党组书记。中共第十四、十五届中央候补委员,中共第十六届中央委员。
Brief introduction of Li Yi Zhongshan Shanxi Datong, born in March 1945, graduated from Beijing Petroleum Institute in July 1966, majoring in oil refining engineering. From December 1984 to July 1987, he served as manager of China Petrochemical Corporation Qilu Petrochemical Company, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zibo Municipal Committee; from July 1987 to February 1992, he served as Deputy General Manager of China Petrochemical Corporation; 1992 From February to December of the same year, he served as the executive vice president of China Petrochemical Corporation; from December 1992 to August 1997, he was the deputy general manager and deputy party secretary of China Petrochemical Corporation; from August 1997 to 1998 In August, he served as chairman, general manager and party secretary of China Eastern Union Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., and as the chairman of Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. From April 1998 to March 2003, he was the general manager and party member of China Petrochemical Corporation From February 2000 to March 2003, he was also the chairman of Sinopec Corp. From March 2003 to February 2005, he served as party secretary and deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
