本文利用试验模态分析和模态综合技术相结合的方法建立了车辆动力传动系弯曲振动分析的力学模型和数学模型,计算了某一大型客车动力传动系的弯曲振动固有特性,并对计算结果进行了验证。结果表明:计算和试验结果取得了很好的一致。通过分析,得出了关于大质量子系统和小质量子系统的几点结论;发现了该大客车动力总成悬置设计中存在的刚度过高和前悬置位置选择不合理的问题。
In this paper, the mechanical model and mathematical model of the bending vibration analysis of vehicle powertrain are established by the combination of experimental modal analysis and modal synthesis, and the inherent characteristics of flexural vibration of a large passenger vehicle powertrain are calculated. The calculation results Verified. The results show that the calculated and experimental results are in good agreement. Through the analysis, some conclusions about the large-mass subsystem and the small-mass subsystem are obtained. The problems of high rigidity and unreasonable selection of the front suspension position are found in the suspension assembly design of the bus.
