光电子产业的多技术融合和产品应用广泛特征决定了其创新的网络化趋势,但其创新网络构建和演化机理尚待研究。本文以德国柏林州-勃兰登堡州地区光电子产业创新网络为例,借助复杂网络理论的部分方法,说明了丰富的历史积淀、强大的原生性科研力量和中介组织在网络构建中的作用。研究表明,光电子产业的创新网络构建取决于产业和技术特征,网络密度存在增长后趋稳的现象。网络演化的动力逐步由最初来自于“织网人”的撮合转化为创新主体的主动合作。
The multi-technology convergence of optoelectronic industry and the wide range of product applications determine the trend of its innovative networking. However, the mechanism of its construction and evolution of innovative networks remains to be studied. Taking the innovation network of optoelectronic industry in Berlin - Brandenburg region of Germany as an example, this paper illustrates the rich historical accumulation, strong original research ability and the role of intermediary organizations in network construction with the aid of some methods of complex network theory. Research shows that the optoelectronic industry innovation network construction depends on the characteristics of industry and technology, the network density increases after the phenomenon of stabilization. The driving force of the evolution of the network is gradually transformed from the initiative of “net weavers” into the active cooperation of the innovation main body.
