我厂在加工2X-5型真空泵体时,内孔不能达到精度要求(φ170~(+0.04)×300毫米),因此造成内转子不能互换,给生产带来一定困难。由于对产品质量的要求,我们设计了单丝杠可调式镗孔刀盘,解决了我厂生产的关键。原理及结构丝杠为M16×1。刻度盘为100格,每一个格为0.01毫米。借助于丝杠的转动,把螺母推向前进,即刻度盘每转一周的调整量,等于丝杠的一个螺距。如螺距t=1毫米,刻度盘格数n=100,则刻度值d为:
