一、前言升板法施工是一种高效率、低能耗的施工方法。自60年代我国建筑业从国外引入这种方法以来,北京市采用升板法施工,成功地建造了多处商业大楼及各种库房建筑,国内其它城市也自行设计制造了各种升板机械及采用了多种组合方式进行升板施工。本文仅介绍一种曾在北京市多次使用过的步进式液压升板机(以下简称升板机)的工作原理和主要构造。升板机的外观见图1,图2为
I. Introduction The construction of the riser method is a highly efficient and low-energy construction method. Since China’s construction industry introduced this method from abroad in the 1960s, Beijing has used the riser method to build a number of commercial buildings and various types of warehouse buildings. Other domestic cities have also designed and manufactured various lifting machines and A variety of combinations have been used for the riser construction. This article only describes the working principle and main structure of a stepped hydraulic lifter (hereinafter referred to as lifter) that has been used in Beijing for many times. The appearance of the riser is shown in Figure 1. Figure 2 shows the appearance of the riser.
