感王韭菜栽培历史悠久,叶肥厚而味鲜美,颇有盛名。尤其是在三九寒天里,农民利用房前屋后自建不加温温室生产冬韭,叶宽,白长、鲜嫩,是包三鲜馅饺子不可缺少的稀罕蔬菜。因此,每到新春佳节,经常有省内外的车辆专程来买感王大韭菜。感王韭菜栽培技术措施主要有如下三点。 一、培育壮根 生产冬韭成败的关键环节,在于养好韭根。培养韭根期限分为一年、二年、三年根,以二年根为例。选用“马蔺韭”品种,4月上中旬播种。播前亩施优质农家肥万斤,磷肥40~50斤。然后,深耕、细耙、搂平,开沟播种。沟距5寸,沟宽、深各3寸,每亩播种量15~20斤,
