目的:探讨白蛋白联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法:选取本院自2012年8月至2015年6月收治的新生儿黄疸患儿60例作为本次研究的观察对象,将60例患儿按照随机分组对照的原则将其分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例,所有的患儿均进行黄疸的常规治疗(酶诱导剂),对照组在常规治疗的基础上进行蓝光照射,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上进行白蛋白治疗。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:经过不同的治疗方法治疗后,治疗组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用白蛋白联合蓝光照射的方法对新生儿黄疸的患儿进行治疗,临床疗效较为显著,其能够有效地改善患儿的临床症状,降低患儿的胆红素水平,对新生儿黄疸患儿具有重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of albumin combined with blue light irradiation in neonatal jaundice. Methods: Sixty children with neonatal jaundice admitted from August 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as the observation objects. 60 children were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomized grouping control Group, 30 cases in each group. All the children were treated routinely with jaundice (enzyme inducer). The control group received blue light irradiation on the basis of routine treatment. The treatment group received albumin treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results: After treatment with different treatments, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of neonatal jaundice with albumin combined with blue light irradiation has obvious clinical curative effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children, reduce the level of bilirubin in children, Children have an important role.
