一我市开展财政收入创亿元县工作,自1987年5月与各县签订协议以来,各县重点骨干财源建设取得了明显进展,促进了县级财政经济的迅速发展。据统计,1988年四县共组织资金1.12亿元,基本保证了167个骨干项目建设的需要。三年来,市财政共投入各项资金近8000万元,积极支持了四县经济的发展。四县工农业总产值和财政收入分别比上年增长了22.3％和10.4％,均离于全市的平均增长水平。不仅推动了各县财政收支规模逐年扩大和经济稳步增长,而且为加强财源建设提供了经验。其共同经验是: (一)坚持改革,搞活企业,调动各级、各单位生财、聚财、理财的积极性。在开展创亿元县工作
Since the city signed a contract with counties in May 1987, the county has made remarkable progress in building key financial resources for counties and promoted the rapid development of the county-level fiscal and economic.
