品德学科的教师在接触、感受、实施新课程理念后,教学方式也顺应新课程改革有了一定的改变。但是随着时间的推移,在本学科的教学中,还存在一些典型问题:一是脱离个人特点,照搬照抄他人的优秀教案或教学设计;二是缺少课前有效指导,课堂照本宣科,重知识少体验;三是教学反思流于形式,课后延伸指导不力;四是形成“学困生”思维定势,品德教育的作用不能有效发挥。本文试图通过对以上几种现象的浅透析,列举相应的解决策略,以促进教师在上述几个方面有所改善。
