工程实践创新项目(EPIP)是现代产业转型视野下,探索出的一种教育界与产业界互动,以实际工程项目为导引,以实践应用为导向,以创新能力培养为目标,以项目实践为统领的应用型技术技能型人才培养新途径。EPIP模式遵循了工程的规律,用工程方法培养学生,是“做中学”在经济社会新常态下具化的教学模式。EPIP以“鲁班工坊”为课程教学平台,通过三层次递进的工程实践创新项目课程体系,构建从“学徒工人”到“技术员”再到“现场工程师”的“专业化”成长路径,适应产业对应用型技术能型人才的要求。
Engineering Practice Innovation Project (EPIP) is a kind of interaction between education and industry explored under the vision of modern industrial transformation. It is guided by actual engineering projects, practice-oriented and innovative ability cultivation, As the leading application of skilled personnel training new ways. The EPIP model follows the laws of engineering and uses engineering methods to train students. It is a mode of teaching under the new normal of economy and society. EPIP uses “Luban Workshop” as the teaching platform to innovate the project curriculum system through three levels of progressive engineering practice, and builds the curriculum from “Apprentice Worker” to “Technician” to “Field Engineer”. “Professional ” growth path to adapt to the industrial application of skilled talent requirements.
