Regional cooperation is the general trend of global economic development today. The economic competition between the reality and the future is to a great extent the competition among the regional economies. If a country or a region wants to gain a foothold in the increasingly globalized international competition in economy, it must actively participate in international and domestic regional cooperation. Located at the junction of South China Economic Circle, Southwest Economic Circle and ASEAN Economic Circle, Guangxi is an international gateway connecting China to Southeast Asia.
