目的:研究秦皮总香豆素对高尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸水平的影响,并初步探讨其作用机理。方法:采用氧嗪酸钾腹腔注射复制小鼠急性高尿酸血症模型,给予不同剂量秦皮总香豆素(440、220、110mg/kg),观察高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸水平及肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶、鸟嘌呤脱氢酶和腺嘌呤脱氢酶水平。结果:秦皮总香豆素组小鼠的血清尿酸值明显低于模型组,其中以大、中剂量组为佳;对黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性有明显的抑制作用;而对小鼠鸟嘌呤脱氢酶和腺嘌呤脱氢酶的影响无统计学意义。结论:秦皮总香豆素能明显降低高尿酸血症小鼠的血尿酸水平,其机理可能和抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of total coumarins of Qinpi on blood uric acid level in mice with hyperuricemia and to explore its mechanism. Methods: The model of acute hyperuricemia was induced by intraperitoneal injection of oxonic acid potassium in mice. 440, 220 and 110 mg / kg of Qincuipi were administered at different dosages. The levels of serum uric acid and liver yellow in mice with hyperuricemia were observed. Purine oxidase, guanine dehydrogenase and adenine dehydrogenase levels. Results: The serum uric acid value in the total coumarin group was significantly lower than that in the model group, especially in the large and medium dose groups, and obviously inhibited the activity of xanthine oxidase. However, The effects of hydrogenase and adenine dehydrogenase were not statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Cynanchum cortex can significantly reduce serum uric acid level in hyperuricemic mice. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of the activity of xanthine oxidase.
