针对目前国内煤矿井下综采控制系统存在的控制量少、通信速率低,稳定性差等问题,以煤矿井下综采工作面工艺流程为研究对象,以实现负载逻辑控制、环境参数监测与故障处理为目的,研究设计一套通用于煤矿井下综采工作面的监控系统,实现了对刮板运输机、破碎机、转载机等负载的多种控制模式以及沿线闭锁控制功能。实际运行表明该控制系统性能优良、可靠性高、稳定性好,在综采工作面发挥了重要作用。
In order to solve the problems of low control rate, low communication speed and poor stability of the comprehensive coal mining control system in domestic coal mines, the technological process of fully mechanized coal mining face is taken as the research object in order to realize load logic control, environmental parameter monitoring and fault handling Aiming at researching and designing a monitoring system which is commonly used in the fully mechanized mining face of coal mine, and realized various control modes of scraper conveyors, crushers and reloaders, and control functions along the lines. The actual operation shows that the control system has excellent performance, high reliability and good stability, and plays an important role in fully mechanized mining face.
