目的对不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率结果进行比较分析。方法将本中心实验室近年来收集的临床标本微生物检测样本共计1000份作为研究对象,包括标本种类有:400份呼吸道标本,220份血液标本,160份粪便标本,220份分泌物标本,将不同的临床标本检验的结果进行对比。结果把这几种不同的临床标本微生物进行检验,得出总标本微生物的检验阳性率是7.7%。其中,几种样本的阳性率分别为:呼吸道的是7.5%,血培养的标本为4.1%,粪便标本的为1.9%,尿液标本的是15.9%,其中,尿液标本的阳性率是最高的,呼吸道和血培养标本分别列为第二和第三位,粪便标本的阳性率是最低的,不同标本的微生物检验阳性率进行比较,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论我们对不同微生物进行检验所得的阳性率进行对比,就能够对目前的流行疾病的状况有所了解,为临床诊断疾病做出有效的支持,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To compare and analyze the positive rate of microbiological tests of different clinical specimens. Methods A total of 1000 samples of clinical samples collected in our laboratory in recent years were collected, including 400 samples of respiratory tract, 220 blood samples, 160 stool samples and 220 samples of secretions. The clinical specimen test results were compared. The results of these several different clinical specimens of microorganisms tested, the total positive rate of micro-organisms was 7.7%. Among them, the positive rates of several samples were: respiratory tract was 7.5%, blood culture samples was 4.1%, stool samples was 1.9%, urine samples were 15.9%, of which the positive rate of urine samples is the highest (P <0.05). The positive rates of respiratory tract and blood culture were listed as the second and third respectively. The positive rate of fecal specimens was the lowest. The positive rates of microbiological tests of different specimens were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Our comparison of the positive rates obtained from different microorganisms allows us to understand the current status of epidemic diseases and effectively support the clinical diagnosis of the disease. Therefore, it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
