文章通过对A软件平台开发、运营企业的现状及发展措施进行概括总结,分析企业的历史与现状,而后以STV三角营销体系模型角度审视企业营销问题,从战略、策略、实现三个层面分析现有缺陷,而后据此又提出了建议方案。这种分析方法对于有业务拓展、转型的企业具有现实的借鉴意义。
