作者对1979～1981年经淋巴结穿刺确诊为非何杰金淋巴瘤的160例针吸细胞学涂片标本,进行了形态学观察,参照1982年全国淋巴瘤协作组第三次会议方案,共分成11个类型,文中对每个类型钿胞进行了详细的细胞形态学描述,其中以裂细胞型、中圆细胞型、混合(裂-无裂)细胞型较多见,占全组71.2％。 作者提出非何杰金淋巴瘤细胞学诊断标准为:①形态一致的分化或未分化淋巴细胞;⑦原始淋巴细
The author of 160 cases of needle aspiration cytology from 1979 to 1981 confirmed by lymph node puncture non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma smear samples were morphological observation, with reference to the 1982 National Lymphoma Cooperative Group, the third meeting of the program were divided into 11 types. In this paper, a detailed morphological description of each cell type was made.
