本文综述了国外近十几年来对前列腺素与男性生殖关系的研究成果。指出PGE和PGF_(2α)对男性生殖系统有明显作用。精液中PGE的含量和PGE与PGF_(2α)间的一定比例是维持男性生殖功能的重要条件;部分男性功能性不育症与精液中PG量的改变有关。外源性PG视剂量不同对男性生殖既可产生促进作用,又可产生抑制作用,对男性生殖是一种强有力的调节物质。因此,通过改变机体内PG含量来控制男性生育是一种有潜力的男性节育方法。
This review summarizes the research results on the reproductive relationship between prostaglandins and men in foreign countries over the past decade. Pointed that PGE and PGF (2alpha) have a significant effect on the male reproductive system. The content of PGE in seminal fluid and the ratio between PGE and PGF 2α are the important conditions to maintain male reproductive function. Some male functional infertility is related to the change of PG content in seminal fluid. Exogenous PG depending on the dose of male reproductive can have a promoting effect, but also have inhibitory effect on male reproductive is a powerful regulatory substance. Therefore, controlling male fertility by altering PG levels in the body is a promising male birth control method.
