In this study, the application of modern proton microprobe technology and quantitative histological methods to explore the distribution of arsenic and fluorine in different tissues of teeth and bones and the role. The results revealed that: (1) fluoride (100mg / L) caused dental plaque in rats similar to human dental fluorosis; (2) arsenic (30mg / L) did not deposit in the bone tissue, ; (3) arsenic and fluorine have a synergistic effect on the inhibition of body growth; (4) there is no obvious combined effect of arsenic and fluorine on bone tissue; arsenic does not affect the effect of fluorine on bone tissue; Significantly antagonizes the deposition of fluoride in bone tissue.
