近几年,我国引进不少日立835—50氨基酸自动分析仪,配制茚三酮试液多采用乙二醇独甲醚作溶剂。使用这种溶剂有三个缺点:1.乙二醇独甲醚的化学性质不稳定,易生成难以除去的过氧化物。而且又难以购到分析纯试剂,一般只有化学纯试剂,有的单位用全部磨砂口的玻璃蒸馏器进行重蒸后再使用,这样不但花费时间、效果也不好,而且成本很高。2.乙二醇独甲醚毒性很强。3.乙二醇独甲醚价格较贵,每瓶约20元。鉴于以上问题,我们用乙二醇代替乙二醇独甲醚,对全部氨基酸(包括色氨酸)进行了分析研
