在目前高校课堂教学中,自我评价体系无论是对学生还是对教师来说都尚未真正确立,也缺乏行之有效的实践方法。特别对于强调创新的美术专业课堂教学,传统评价体系已经不适应当前教学的步伐。为了更好地实现美术专业创新人才的培养,作者从课堂教学的角度和自身教学实践出发,探索教师和学生自我评价和自我反思的方法与策略,形成一套可操作的基于自我评价的新型课堂教学评价体系,以期提高课堂教学质量。
In the current classroom teaching in colleges and universities, the self-evaluation system has not been established for both students and teachers, and it lacks effective practices. Especially for the emphasis on innovative art teaching, the traditional evaluation system has not adapted to the current pace of teaching. In order to better realize the cultivation of creative professionals in art field, the author starts from the perspective of classroom teaching and his own teaching practice, explores the methods and strategies of self-evaluation and self-reflection of teachers and students, and forms a set of operable new classes based on self-evaluation Teaching evaluation system, with a view to improving classroom teaching quality.
