本文报告了四川产的瓦松Cotyledon fimbriatus的药理研究。实验证明,该药具有心甙的特异性化学反应(Keller-killiani反应阳性),含钙量为0.05%(折合生药);可使在体蟾蜍心脏停止在收缩期;对离体蟾蜍心脏、离体兔心房和在体兔心都有强心作用。可使心脏标本的收缩振幅分别增加37.4%(n=10,P<0.001)、191%(n=8,P<0.001)和47%(n=8,P<0.001)。对在体兔心的作用性质与哇巴因相似,剂量适当(0.7g/kg iv)可使收缩振幅增加、频率减慢,中毒量(5.0-6.0g/kg iv)使心脏停止于舒张期。用相应的含钙溶液做的对照实验表明,此强心作用并非钙离子所致。
This article reports on the pharmacological research of Vaisson Cotyledon fimbriatus from Sichuan.
