目的:探究重视细节管理服务在胃肠外科护理中的应用效果,旨在为今后胃肠外科护理方面提供参考和依据。方法:选取温州医科大学附属第一医院胃肠外科2014年11月~2015年4月收治的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施重视细节管理服务,比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁等心理状态、对护理工作的满意度及护理质量。结果:观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁等心理情绪评分均明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组对护理工作的满意度及护理质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胃肠外科护理中实施重视细节管理服务能有效地增加服务效率,提高患者对于医护人员的护理满意度,提高医护人员的护理质量。
Objective: To explore the application of attention to detail management in gastrointestinal surgery and to provide reference and basis for the future gastrointestinal surgery. Methods: Totally 80 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from November 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups by random sampling: control group and observation group. Each group 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care. The observation group was given attention to detail management service on the basis of the control group. The anxiety and depression status were compared between the two groups. The satisfaction and nursing quality of the nursing were compared. Results: The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree and nursing quality score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of attention management service in gastrointestinal surgery can effectively improve service efficiency, improve patient satisfaction with nursing staff, and improve nursing quality.
