如果仅仅依靠时间的积累,教师的专业水平增长得不到充分的提升,课堂的教学效率也不会有实质的增长。鼓励和引导教师开展教学的自我诊断,对课堂教学的每一个环节、每一次互动进行自我反思和自我完善,是促进教师创造性地运用教育教学知识、技能和方法,促进课堂效率提升的有效途径。特别是在农村中学,教师的课堂教学自我诊断,对于切实推动课堂教学改革具有积极意义。本文结合笔者在教学中的一些思考与尝试,浅谈了农村初中数学课
If we rely solely on the accumulation of time, teachers’ professional growth will not be fully enhanced and the efficiency of teaching in the classroom will not be substantially increased. Encouraging and guiding teachers in self-diagnosis of teaching, self-reflection and self-improvement in every aspect of classroom teaching and in every interaction is an effective way to promote teachers’ creative use of knowledge, skills and methods of education and teaching to promote the efficiency of classroom. Especially in rural middle schools, teachers’ self-diagnosis of classroom teaching has positive significance for effectively promoting classroom teaching reform. In this paper, the author in the teaching of some thinking and trying to talk about the rural junior high school math class
