针对油田现场对回注水油分浓度的在线检测需求,设计了管道式回注水油分检测系统.系统基于油分紫外荧光效应,首先对油分的荧光光谱进行测量,完成系统激发光和荧光发射光波长的选择,然后采集荧光发射光进行微弱信号处理,最终求得油分浓度.采用法兰式结构,搭建了管道式回注水油分检测系统样机,并进行了室内油分浓度测量实验,结果表明,系统对于0~1 000 mg/L范围油分浓度测量的相对误差小于7%.
