全国工业交通战线,胜利完成了1981年的生产计划,满怀信心地垮入了1982年! 在过去的一年里,尽管重工业由于压缩基本建设而减产5%,而轻工业却增长了12%,从而使整个工业仍比上年增长3%。特别是轻纺工业,在严重自然灾害的影响下,继续大幅度增产,对于活跃市场、保证供应、回笼货币、稳定经济等方面,都起了极为重要的作用。实践证明,中央的方针是完全正确的。现在,工交生产突出的问题是经济效益差,有相当一部分企业的产品质量下降、消耗上升、上缴税利下降,亏损面没有减少。对此,必须引起我们的严重注意。

A considerable part of the company’s product quality is declining, consumption is increasing, taxes and profits turned over, and the loss surface has not been reduced. In this regard, we must arouse our serious attention.
