本文报道了以AA型染色体组的稻种(栽培稻和普通野生稻的半野类型)为母本,以CC型染色体组的稻种(广西药用野生稻)为父本,通过有性杂交,将获得的胚乳发育不完全的F_0种子进行离体培养,成动地获得了栽培稻与药用野生稻以及普通野生稻与药用野生稻的杂种植株,并用栽培稻回交成功,获得了大批的B_1F_1植株。实验结果表明:采用有性杂交与离体培养相结合的方法是克服稻属种间远缘杂种不孕性,取得种间杂种的一种有效途径。
