通过分析国内外大倾角液压支架试验装备的现状和结构特点,确定新研制的大倾角液压支架试验装备的设计目标、技术参数和总体方案。应用三维设计方法,对大倾角液压支架试验装备主体框架进行结构设计,通过齿轮齿条传动实现主体框架回转,对试验装备的台面角度进行调整,模拟倾斜工作面的实际工况,进而形成了大倾角强力液压支架试验装备的虚拟样机,为大倾角强力液压支架试验装备物理样机试制提供参考数据。
By analyzing the current situation and structural characteristics of large-angle hydraulic support test equipment at home and abroad, the design objectives, technical parameters and overall plan of the newly developed large-angle hydraulic support test equipment are determined. The structural design of the main frame of the large-angle hydraulic support test equipment was carried out by using the three-dimensional design method. The main frame was slewed by the rack-and-pinion drive. The table angle of the test equipment was adjusted to simulate the actual working conditions of the inclined working surface. The virtual prototyping equipment for the powerful hydraulic support test equipment provides the reference data for the physical prototyping trial equipment of the powerful steep hydraulic support.
