目的建立七味红花殊胜丸的鉴别及含量测定的方法,提高质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别方中麻黄素、诃子和红花;采用HPLC法测定红花中的羟基红花黄色素A。采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶27),检测波长403 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱、诃子、红花的薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强。羟基红花黄色素A进样量0.0241~0.3852μg与峰面积线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.76%,RSD=1.42%。结论所建方法简单,准确、灵敏、重复性好,能有效控制七味红花殊胜丸的质量。
Objective To establish a method for the identification and content determination of Qiwei safflower Shusheng Pills and improve the quality standard. Methods The TLC was used to identify ephedrine, myrobalan and safflower. HPLC method was used to determine hydroxysafflor yellow A in safflower. Using C18 column, the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid solution (26:2:27) and the detection wavelength was 403 nm. Results Ephedrine hydrochloride, myrobalan, safflower TLC spots clear, specific and strong. The mass percent of hydroxysafflor yellow A injection was 0.0241 ~ 0.3852μg and the peak area was linear (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.76% and RSD was 1.42%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can effectively control the quality of QiShi safflower.
