目的 探讨骨钙蛋白 (OC)、骨涎蛋白 (BSP)、骨桥蛋白 (OPN)在骨肉瘤病理诊断及鉴别诊断中的意义。方法 利用免疫组化方法检测OC、BSP、OPN在 5 0例各型骨肉瘤肿瘤细胞、基质中的表达。结果 OC、BSP、OPN在各型骨肉瘤肿瘤细胞中均有一定程度的表达 (80 0 %~ 86 0 % ) ,在未矿化、矿化骨基质中 ,BSP、OPN的阳性率(83 3%~ 97 7% )均显著高于OC(4 8 8%~ 6 0 4% )。在软骨基质中 ,OC、BSP、OPN的阳性率相对较低 (2 5 0 %~5 0 0 % )。结论 OC、BSP、OPN在检测骨肉瘤中的肿瘤细胞时均有较高的阳性率。在鉴别肿瘤骨基质时 ,BSP、OPN较OC更有价值。OC、BSP、OPN在成软骨细胞型骨肉瘤的鉴别诊断中具有参考价值
Objective To investigate the significance of osteocalcin (OC), bone sialoprotein (BSP) and osteopontin (OPN) in the pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of osteosarcoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of OC, BSP and OPN in 50 osteosarcoma tumor cells and stroma. Results OC, BSP and OPN were expressed in all kinds of osteosarcoma tumor cells (80 0% ~ 86 0%). The positive rate of BSP and OPN in non-mineralized and mineralized bone matrix % ~ 97 7%) were significantly higher than that of OC (48.8% ~ 60.4%). In cartilage matrix, the positive rates of OC, BSP and OPN are relatively low (250% ~ 500%). Conclusion OC, BSP and OPN have higher positive rates in the detection of tumor cells in osteosarcoma. BSP, OPN are more valuable than OC in identifying tumor bone matrix. OC, BSP, OPN in the differential diagnosis of chondroblastic osteosarcoma has a reference value
