平焰喷嘴产生的火焰,是向四周(径向)平面展开的圆盘形火焰,它能紧贴在炉墙或炉顶内表面上。平焰喷嘴的结构应让空气沿切线方向进入,或者通过旋流导向片使空气在喷嘴通道内形成高速旋转的气流。也可让空气和煤气分别通过旋流导向片,形成高速旋转的气流。高速旋转的气流有较大的离心力,使气流获得较大的径向速度。高速旋转的空气和煤气贴附在大张角喇叭形喷嘴砖的壁面上边混合边燃烧,从而形成平展的圆盘形火焰。当气流的旋转速度增大时,圆盘形火焰的长度缩短而盘形增大。
The flames created by flat-flame nozzles are disc-shaped flares that flare toward the circumference (radial) plane and cling to the inner surface of the furnace wall or roof. The flat-flame nozzle should be constructed so that air enters in the tangential direction or through the swirl guide plate creates a high-speed rotating flow of air within the nozzle passage. Also allow air and gas through the swirl guide sheet, forming a high-speed rotating air flow. High-speed rotating air flow has a greater centrifugal force, the air flow to obtain a larger radial velocity. The high-speed rotating air and gas are mixed and burned on the wall of the large-angle horn-shaped nozzle brick to form a flat disc-shaped flame. As the rotational velocity of the air flow increases, the disc-shaped flame shortens in length and the disc shape increases.
