目的 比较段木栽培灵芝多糖 (wood culturedGanodermalucidumpolysaccharides ,Gl PS WC)及袋栽灵芝多糖 (bag culturedGanodermalucidumpolysaccharides,Gl PS BC)对体外培养小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖活性的影响 ,探讨袋栽灵芝多糖替代段木栽培灵芝多糖的可能性。方法 检测两种灵芝多糖对混合淋巴细胞培养 (MLC)反应的影响 ;观察对刀豆蛋白A (ConA)、细菌脂多糖 (LPS)诱导淋巴细胞增殖的影响以及对环孢素A (CsA)、丝裂霉素C(MitC)、足叶乙苷 (VP 16)等抑制MLC反应的影响。结果 当质量浓度为 0 2~ 12 8mg·L- 1 时 ,两种灵芝多糖均可促进MLC反应 ,增强ConA或LPS诱导的淋巴细胞增殖 ,并拮抗CsA ,MitC或VP 16对MLC反应的抑制作用。未发现两种多糖之间有显著性差异。结论 Gl PS WC及Gl PS BC对体外培养脾淋巴细胞的增殖活性有类似作用
Objective To compare the effects of wood cultured Gano saccharidum polysaccharides (Gl PS WC) and bag cultured Gano saccharidum polysaccharides (Gl PS BC) on the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes cultured in vitro. The possibility of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. Methods The effects of two ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides on the mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) reaction were detected. The effects of concanavalin A (ConA) and bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the proliferation of lymphocytes and the cyclosporine A (CsA) were observed. Mitomycin C (MitC) and etoposide (VP 16) inhibit the effects of MLC responses. Results When the concentration of ganoderma lucidum was from 0.2 to 12 8 mg·L -1 , two kinds of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides could promote the MLC reaction, enhance the lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA or LPS, and antagonize the inhibitory effect of CsA, MitC or VP 16 on MLC response. . No significant difference was found between the two polysaccharides. Conclusions Gl PS WC and Gl PS BC have similar effects on the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes cultured in vitro
