党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称“《决定》”)展开全面深化改革的蓝图,提出全面深化改革的总目标,对全面深化改革的总体思路作出了部署。值得注意的是,《决定》首次提出全面深化改革的总目标是完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。这一重要理念的提出,对于公证工作建设与发展有着重要的意义,值得我们予以关注和重视。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform” (hereinafter referred to as the “Decision”) was adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee to launch a blueprint for deepening the overall reform and put forward the general goal of deepening the overall reform. Overall plan for deepening the reform has been made. It is noteworthy that the overall objective of “deciding” for the first time to propose an all-round deepening of the reform is to perfect and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and to promote the modernization of the state governing system and governance capacity. The proposal of this important concept is of great significance to the construction and development of notarized work and deserves our attention and attention.
