目的:探讨糖尿病足(2级)患者应用配制足康液的疗效。方法:将50例糖尿病足(2级,W agner分级法)患者分为两组,治疗组与对照组各25例。两组均清洗伤口,清除坏死组织等常规处理。治疗组应用配制足康液(生理盐水10m l,硫酸庆大霉素8万U,灭滴灵10 m l,普通胰岛素8 U,654-2针10 m g混合均匀即成)。结果:两组的肉芽出现率、溃疡面缩小的百分率,细菌培养阴性率进行对比,P<0.05,有显著差异。结论:配制足康液外用治疗糖尿病足(2级)能够很大程度地降低糖尿病足(2级)患者的截肢率、残废率并缩短其痊愈的时间。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of formulating zukang liquid in patients with diabetic foot (grade 2). Methods: Fifty patients with diabetic foot (grade 2, W agner grading) were divided into two groups, 25 cases in each treatment group and control group. Both groups were washed wounds, removal of necrotic tissue and other conventional treatment. The treatment group was prepared by the application of Sukang solution (saline 10m l, gentamicin 80,000 U, metronidazole 10 m l, ordinary insulin 8 U, 654-2 needle 10 m g mix Serve). Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of granulation, the percentage of ulcer reduction and the negative rate of bacterial culture (P <0.05). Conclusion: The preparation of Zu Kang liquid for the treatment of diabetic foot (Grade 2) can greatly reduce the amputation rate and the disability rate of diabetic foot (Grade 2) patients and shorten the recovery time.
