In today’s society, management technologies are changing with each passing day, and the speed of information updates is accelerating. Companies all over the world are facing unprecedented challenges. If an enterprise wants to be invincible in fierce competition, it must be able to learn faster than its competitors. In the “knowledge economy” era, learning power is the core competitiveness that supports the survival and development of enterprises.
