我院在贯彻省各级法院院长会议精神当中,对于依靠党的领导这个根本问题,又一次联系实际工作展开了辩论,批判了某些审判干部在深入工厂开展审判活动时,认为法院受区党委领导,审判员受法院党组织领导,到工厂办案工厂的党委无权过问等等错误认识。经过辩论批判,使所有审判干部进一步明确了法院的审判工作必须置于党的绝对领导之下,在工厂开 In carrying out the spirit of the Presidency of the courts at all levels in our province, we held a debate on the fundamental issue of relying on the leadership of the party and once again contacted the actual work.
