医学生作为未来的医务工作者,在校期间不仅要学习大量的医学专业知识,更需要养成符合时代发展的人文素质,其中法律素质是不可或缺的一项重要的人文素质。调查显示,案例教学方法更受学生欢迎,但是也存在案例选择不当、案例太抽象不贴近实际等问题。在教学过程中如何充分考虑医学和法学的双重特性提炼案例,并将案例运用合理、恰当、有效,是教学效果的重要保障。本文首先对医学生法学教育案例进行分类,并就如何提炼提出设想。
Medical students, as medical professionals in the future, should not only learn a great deal of medical professional knowledge during their schooling, but also need to develop a humanistic quality in line with the development of the times. Among them, legal quality is an important humanistic quality indispensable. The survey shows that the case teaching method is more popular with students, but there are also some problems such as improper case selection and too abstract cases and not close to reality. How to fully consider the dual characteristics of medicine and jurisprudence during the teaching process and how to use the case rationally, appropriately and effectively is an important guarantee for teaching effectiveness. This article first classifies the case law education for medical students and puts forward some suggestions on how to refine it.
