GH118是我厂生产的某新发动机上主要零件——Ⅰ级涡轮叶片的材料。这种镍基高温耐热合金的加工性很差,切削时常产生高热高温致使零件产生变形,刀具的前而产生粘附;同时切削中冷作硬化现象十分严重。刀刃欠锋利时,冷作硬化更显著,常导致切削条件急剧恶化。此外,由于GH118材料的金相特点,其组成相对于刀具有一种类似磨料的作用。由于以上三方面的因素,因而使刀具寿命大大缩短。
GH118 is the main part of a new engine produced by our factory - the material of turbine blade of grade Ⅰ. This nickel-based high temperature heat-resistant alloys poor processing, cutting often produce high heat caused the deformation of the parts, the tool before the adhesion; the same time cutting cold hardening is very serious. Cold-hardening is more pronounced when the cutting edge is less sharp, often resulting in a sharp deterioration of the cutting conditions.
