目的了解城市基层医疗机构消毒管理与消毒灭菌质量状况,以便加强消毒管理。方法通过现场调查和问卷调查方法,对本市部分基层医疗机构消毒管理与消毒灭菌质量状况进行调查与分析。结果调查的130家城市基层医疗单位,平均营业面积为35.5m2,有60.5%单位只有1~2名职工。拥有压力蒸汽灭菌器单位仅占17.1%,仅有16.2%的单位建立完善的医院感染管理制度。共采集各种消毒对象标本2 583份,总平均合格率为80.1%;其中以室内空气合格率最低,仅为13.9%;无菌器械质量监测合格率为84.4%。结论该城市基层医疗机构软硬件建设不到位,医务人员缺乏,消毒工作有待加强,监管部门应加大监管力度。
Objective To understand the quality control of disinfection and disinfection in primary medical institutions in urban areas in order to strengthen the disinfection management. Methods By field investigation and questionnaire survey, the quality of disinfection and disinfection of some primary medical institutions in our city were investigated and analyzed. Results The survey of 130 primary urban medical units, with an average business area of 35.5m2, 60.5% of units only have 1 or 2 employees. Only 17.1% of the units have pressure steam sterilizer, and only 16.2% of the units establish a sound management system of hospital infection. A total of 2 583 samples of all kinds of disinfection objects were collected, with a total average pass rate of 80.1%. Among them, the pass rate of indoor air was the lowest, only 13.9%; the pass rate of sterile device quality monitoring was 84.4%. Conclusion The construction of hardware and software in the primary medical institutions in the city is not well-established, the medical staffs lacking and the disinfection needs to be strengthened, and the regulatory authorities should step up their supervision.
