童心是稚嫩弱小的,同时童心又是圣洁敏锐的。童心需要关注呵护,同时童心又需要理解尊重。现代教育观点认为:小学生具有独立的人格、鲜明的个性,也具有自我学习、自我教育、自我管理的能力,还具有较强的自尊心、自信心、自强心。这都说明我们对孩子进行教育教学时,必须要尊重一个个天真烂漫和愿望美好的学生,尊重保护他们那敏感而又富有创造和想象的心灵——童心。那么如何做好此点,经20余年的教育教学实践,得出如下几点认识,敬请各位同仁见教。
Childlike innocence is immature, while innocence is holy and sharp. Childlike innocence need to be concerned about care, while innocence needs to understand respect. Modern education view: Pupils with independent personality, distinct personality, but also has self-learning, self-education, self-management ability, but also has a strong self-esteem, self-confidence, self-strengthening. All this shows that when we educate and educate our children, we must respect students who are innocent and have good wishes, and respect the protection of their sensitive, creative and imaginative mind-innocence.
